Our guests enjoy something we call the Manilow Difference.
Quality: Manilow Suites has more and finer furniture than any of our competitors. Even our flatware is weighted, and our linens and towels are of far better quality. Our mattresses are purchased, not rented, and they are Sealy mattresses. We offer complimentary dishes and place settings for children, and for guests staying in our pet-friendly locations, we're the only provider that offers complimentary dishes for pet food and water - you never have to lug extra baggage from home.
Amenities: No other provider offers toilet tissue, Kleenex and your preferred brand of soap, coffee filters, coffee, sugar and tea during your entire stay. As a our guest, you will have access to the fantastic amenities floors of your selected apartment buildings, which include full scale weight rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, study and administrative rooms, billiards, and lounge areas. We directly employ our own housekeeping staff, and the same housekeeper will be assigned to your apartment during your entire stay.

Responsiveness: Manilow Suites has a larger staff per number of corporate apartments. Quality involves everything from furniture to people and we want only the best of everything. Our staff is able to immediately respond to any needs or problems and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Flexibility: We give you full flexibility and convenience when you're preparing to return home. All we ask is five business days of notice before you vacate your suite. Manilow Suites does not require a 30 day minimum reservation. Should something happen, we revert you to a daily rate, and our daily rate will never exceed our monthly rate.
For your convenience: We offer a 12 midnight check out time on the date of your departure!
