Furnished Apartments in Downtown Chicago
AMLI River North
Exquisite, dazzling, opulent. These are the only words to describe the most magnificent high-rise residential apartment building I have ever seen. This building reminds me of a five-star resort located in the heart of Chicago. Can you imagine, 22,000 sq/ft of just outdoor amenities? From the private cabanas, the fire pit, the outdoor movie theater...I could go on and on. That's just the outside! The indoor Club Level floor is also phenomenal!
The apartments themselves are just as grand, and certainly do not disappoint. What first impressed me were the high ceilings, which gives the apartment a very airy feel. When I first saw the rents I thought, “the rents are high.” After touring the building, there is no doubt in my mind that for first - class living it is worth every penny. – Francine Manilow
I love this building for corporate housing in Chicago. It's new and modern, and despite it being in the heart of downtown Chicago, each apartment is so spacious and I've personally selected certain apartments on higher floors with great views. The floor to ceiling windows gives you a feeling of openness. This building has an amenities floor like I've never seen before. Most impressive is the theatre style screening room, state of the art fitness center, business center, it goes on and on. This is perfect for the executive looking for temporary first class accommodation close to the office.
An assortment of wonderful restaurants in the heart of the theatre district, and convenient to grocery shopping as well. Our apartments are pet friendly and there is a dog run right in the building. I do not recommend this location for families. – Francine Manilow
One Superior Place
I love this neighborhood's feeling. The building is beautiful and the apartments are spacious. I have personally selected apartments on the higher floors with the best views from the balconies. What draws people to this building is not only the neighborhood but Whole Foods is right next door next to a wonderful restaurant, Roy's. The building is just west and steps from North Michigan Ave as well as the Park Hyatt hotel. A very convenient corporate housing location for individuals and families as well as pets. – Francine Manilow
North Harbor Towers
The perfect Chicago temporary housing location for families or the executive who wants to feel "away from it all," but yet only 3 blocks away from Michigan Avenue and the business district. Fabulous views of the lake. Grant Park and Millennium Park are just across the street. A wonderful little park for dog walking and a children's playground are just out the front door. Numerous restaurants and a large brand new supermarket are steps from the building. I highly recommend the building from spring through fall, but not a great location during the winter months; however the indoor pool compensates for it. – Francine Manilow
The Grand Plaza
The most convenient building, it almost has it all. The spacious apartments have great city views, balconies, washer/dryers in the apartments and a wonderful amenities floor with a running track and basketball court. Everything is immediately around the building from a large supermarket, casual to upscale dinning. Public transportation, takes you to either airport or anywhere you want to visit in the city. It's just steps from shopping on the Magnificent Mile. One of our most popular buildings for short-term housing, but too busy of a location for small children. This building is dog friendly. – Francine Manilow
Millennium Park Plaza
When you want to be close to everything Chicago has to offer, the Millennium Park Plaza is just what you're looking for. Enjoy style, luxury and fast access to downtown Chicago. Explore beautiful museums, entertain yourself with Chicago's best theatres or refresh your mind and spirit at Millennium Park. Traveling for business? Your Chicago corporate housing is right in the Loop - the Loop business district, that is. – Francine Manilow
I feel it is a perfect Chicago short-term housing location for any time of the year. It is connected underground to the Hyatt Regency, the Swissotel, as well as numerous stores. The Ped-way takes you straight to Macy's and the train station. It is so convenient during the winter months. The views are great, overlooking the Chicago River and Navy Pier. It is an older high-rise building; however, the Manilow Suites' apartments are all renovated as well as the lobby, fitness center, and elevators. Washers and dryers are located in a spacious laundry room. – Francine Manilow
An elegant, residential building with an on-site gourmet Italian café and banking facilities. The building is so upscale and modern. The apartments themselves are spacious with washer/dryer and beautiful views. The amenities floors is fabulous with spa facilities, a fitness center and a sparkling outdoor pool and sun deck. Located just off the Lake in the city's desirable New Eastside. The entire neighborhood is brand new. When I first move to North Harbor Tower it was a 9-Hole golf course. I was devastated to lose my golf course, but now that I've seen all that is new, I am delighted with the results. The beautiful three acre park is so tranquil despite the children's playground and enclosed dog park. Just across from the park is a phenomenal supermarket, and numerous new restaurants. Just a three minute walk to the Lake Michigan and the bike and running path along its shores. It is also so close to North Michigan Avenue but retains a peaceful residential feel. I recommend for families with children and pets. – Francine Manilow
I never liked Presidential Towers. I didn't like the neighborhood, the building, or the management. Wow, have things changed! Now we are taking as many corporate apartments as fast as we can. Why? Everything has changed, starting with the neighborhood. The west end of the loop, as we call it, has grown into a delightful place to live. The lobby and common areas have been completely renovated. Tower 4 is what it's all about. We've always had beautiful renovated apartments in the other towers as well, but I never liked the elevators or hallways. Now in Tower 4 absolutely everything has been renovated. The new ownership of this building has brought it up to a luxury level of living. I love our renovated apartments and I made sure that we selected corporate housing apartments with the best views. Everything is in or immediately around the building, from restaurants, a small Wal-mart, an incredible fitness facility and walking distance to the most "desirable" restaurants located on West Randolph Street. One of the best parts of Presidential Towers is that, despite their recent rent increases, it is still reasonable relative to other buildings. – Francine Manilow
West 77 has been completely renovated to a state of the art luxury boutique high rise apartment building in River North. Right in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood, walk to Whole Foods, numerous restaurants and Michigan Ave! – Francine Manilow
The Optima is our newest property! It is the optimal building for those who love a modern and open space. This magnificent 42-story sleek glass tower is conveniently located less than half a block to the east of the Magnificent Mile. For our guests who enjoy a modern, but warm and comfortable apartment along with its incredible amenities and location, this is a perfect fit. – Francine Manilow
