Lollapalooza is taking over downtown Chicago from July 31 to August 3, bringing global artists, massive crowds, and a whirlwind of excitement to Grant Park. But with all the energy comes an important heads-up: street closures, traffic changes, and transit delays will affect much of the downtown area.
Key Road Closures for Lollapalooza 2025
The City of Chicago has announced the following street closures surrounding Grant Park. These closures span from mid-July through mid-August, depending on the street and its role in festival setup and breakdown.
