Wow, what an incredible 33 years! Manilow Suites was the first company to combine the comforts and conveniences of elegant apartment living with the services and amenities of the finer hotels. I coined the term, "corporate housing." We have been the consummate innovator for temporary housing in Chicago. From day one, my objective has always been to create and offer a better and finer service. We've had so many firsts from king-size beds; two TV's and we are still the only company that offers a 5 day notice to vacate. The list goes on and on. Two of our latest additions are room darkening drapes, and 55" Smart TV's.

Manilow Suites has the most elegant furnished apartments available for corporate housing in Chicago. But it takes far more than just furniture to create one of the finest reputations within the industry. Through all the years of innovations there are two things that have remained the same: 1. My genuine caring to do the best job for each individual and number 2, to offer the greatest value for the services and amenities we provide.

Hillary Clinton said, "It takes a village." And I say it takes a village of extraordinary people to provide the caliber of corporate housing that I have created. To have excellent apartments and services, Manilow Suites must have extraordinary people.

After years of making numerous mistakes in my hiring, I finally learned what type of person has the qualities and the character to implement my overwhelming desire in constantly striving to offer the best in corporate housing. Finally I have found one incredible team. As cliché as it may sound, they care and they share my values and my objectives. The excitement and the challenge to find better ways to offer the finest short-term corporate and temporary housing in Chicago is what our team is all about. That's what we have been doing for 33 years and that's what we'll continue to do for many years to come.
